Welcome to Bridge to Brilliance, an educational initiative of AD Life Trust ("AD Life Trust", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website www.adlifetrust.org.in, registering for any program, or using any services provided under the Bridge to Brilliance initiative, you ("user", "student", "participant", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AD Life Trust.
2. ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND SERVICE
AD Life Trust is a registered non-profit trust based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, committed to creating quality life for women, children, and marginalized communities through education, health, livelihood, and humanitarian interventions.
Bridge to Brilliance is an education-focused program under AD Life Trust that provides skill development, academic support, and educational opportunities to students from underserved communities.
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Online and offline course enrollment and registration
- Access to study materials, learning resources, and program content
- Communication channels for program updates and notifications
- Certificate issuance upon successful program completion
- Volunteer and mentor registration
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
3.1 Eligibility
To register for our programs, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information as requested in the registration form
- Meet any specific eligibility criteria mentioned for the relevant program or course
- For participants under 18 years of age, obtain and provide consent from a parent or legal guardian
3.2 Account Responsibility
- a) Upon successful registration, you will receive login credentials (if applicable). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- b) You must immediately report any suspected unauthorized access or breach of your account to director@adlifetrust.org.in.
- c) AD Life Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and to promptly update it if it changes. Submission of false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your enrollment without refund.
3.4 Form Submission
- Once a registration or application form is submitted and confirmed, it may not be edited or revised unless explicitly permitted by AD Life Trust.
- Payment of applicable fees (where applicable) is required to activate and confirm your enrollment.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS AND CODE OF CONDUCT
By using our services, you agree that you will NOT:
- a) Use the Website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- b) Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization
- c) Upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable
- d) Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other participants, volunteers, or staff
- e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, servers, or systems
- f) Damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Website or associated services
- g) Collect or harvest personal information of other users without their consent
- h) Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Website
- i) Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

Violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of your enrollment and access to services.
5. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT AND PARTICIPATION

- AD Life Trust does not guarantee enrollment in any specific program or batch.
- Selection decisions are made based on merit, need, or program-specific criteria at the sole discretion of AD Life Trust.
5.2 Attendance and Participation
- Participants are expected to attend sessions regularly and actively engage in program activities.
- Irregular attendance may result in disqualification from receiving certificates or program benefits.
- AD Life Trust reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, or delivery mode (online/offline) as necessary.
5.3 Certificates and Completion
- Certificates of completion will be issued only to participants who fulfill the prescribed attendance, assessment, and participation requirements.
- AD Life Trust reserves the right to withhold or revoke certificates in cases of misconduct or submission of fraudulent information.
6. FEES AND PAYMENTS
- Some Bridge to Brilliance programs may be offered free of charge as part of our social mission; others may carry a nominal registration or course fee.
- All applicable fees will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.
- Fees, once paid, are subject to our Refund Policy (see separate Refund Policy document).
- Payments must be made through the designated payment methods provided on our Website.
- AD Life Trust is not responsible for transaction failures, delays, or charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- a) All content on the Website and program materials—including text, graphics, logos, videos, curriculum, assessments, and software—is the intellectual property of AD Life Trust or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- b) You may access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes within the Bridge to Brilliance program.
